Selection of relevant reviews

The model is trained to identify and select only reviews that contain comments directly related to the evaluated unit (e.g., brand, store, product). Irrelevant or off-topic reviews are excluded.

Overall rating calibration

The model learns to associate specific language patterns, sentiments and contextual cues with appropriate overall ratings.

Topics categorization

The model is trained to categorize reviews based on most discussed topics in the reviews. The topics can also be added manually based on the business needs.

Topics rating calibration

The model learns to associate specific content characteristics within each topic with appropriate ratings, refining its ability to evaluate and rate individual aspects of the customer experience.
