Founded in 1997, Home Credit is an international consumer finance provider with operations in multiple European and Asian countries. Their responsible lending model empowers underserved customers with little or no credit history to access financing, enabling customers to borrow easily and safely, both online and offline.

Assignment at a Glance:

In partnership with Addvery, Home Credit Philippines needed an expert evaluation of their CRM operations and processes, aiming to identify structural gaps and opportunities for meaningful improvement in efficiency and clarity.
The project aimed to define and develop high-impact CRM use cases across the customer lifecycle, specifically to increase cross-sell opportunities and long-term customer retention.
A core challenge was improving the lead management journey – reducing drop-off points, increasing conversion rates, and enabling better qualification and routing of leads.
Another important goal was to build a comprehensive tracking model for marketing activities, enabling the business to calculate cost per lead and acquisition ROI across all digital sources.

Solution

Conducted on-site CRM health check, identifying 4 business improvement areas. Designed 5 lifecycle-based CRM use cases for cross-sell and retention, including process maps and data flows. Proposed and implemented lead process changes and lead funnel structure. Delivered a full-funnel tracking concept including CPL, acquisition cost, and ROI per source. Performed digital marketing health check and strategy recommendations.
