Oneplay is an innovative streaming platform developed under the PPF Group by combining O2 TV and TV Nova’s content assets. Addvery played a central role in shaping the business strategy, delivering the product, and launching it into the Czech streaming market.
Assignment at a Glance:
In partnership with Addvery, the client aimed to explore the opportunity for a new digital streaming platform in response to growing user demand and market fragmentation across existing services.
The first challenge was to validate the business case through competitive research, feasibility analysis, and revenue projections, including the potential merger of O2 TV and Voyo content.
Once approved, the objective shifted to delivery — Addvery was tasked with building and managing a cross-functional team to cover product, tech, legal, content, and more.
The final focus was executing the go-to-market strategy and managing the user transition from legacy platforms to Oneplay with minimal disruption.
