In partnership with Addvery, Küchen Quelle needed to address a rapid loss in market share and identify quick-win marketing actions while building a long-term recovery roadmap for its business.
The company set out to redesign the entire marketing strategy — from brand awareness to customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and CRM — with data as the core decision driver.
Introduced lead nurturing processes and redesigned CRM to improve conversion rates. A new reporting structure was needed to enable real-time campaign and CRM performance monitoring, supported by scalable dashboards and consistent KPI frameworks.
