Statutární město Děčín
Děčín is the lowest town in the Czech Republic, situated at the confluence of the Elbe and Ploučnice rivers. Its centre is 135 metres above sea level. It is an important river port and an important transport crossroads (five railway lines meet here, the 1st railway corridor and several important road routes pass through it).
