In partnership with Addvery, BoxNow aimed to create an entirely new delivery model in Greece using smart lockers, combining convenience for end customers with lower operational complexity and cost.

The goal was to build a functioning nationwide network from scratch — hiring and managing teams, building partnerships, and establishing the necessary IT and infrastructure.

BoxNow sought to become a recognized brand in Greece’s last-mile space, requiring full marketing support, locker design, PR coverage, and local presence across major cities.

The company also needed to develop a fully independent IT system that could operate at scale, with monitoring, APIs, web tools, and mobile app support without third-party dependence.
