Livesport

From evaluation of current capabilities to new business proposition & business model, Addvery is acting as the main integration partner.

Every sports fan must’ve heard of the Czech brand Livesport or Flashscore – the latter name used internationally. For those who are hearing about the company for the first time – Livesport is one of the world’s leading providers of real-time sports data to more than 100 million customers each month. The company’s ambition does not stop there, with innovation in mind, Livesport wants to provide an all-in-one environment for its users and all the fans around the world. How? By creating a complex experience prior to, during and after the match.

The company aims to achieve its vision by introducing multimedia content and connecting it with its fastest data service in the world. Thanks to our background and vast experience with (multi)media, Addvery was approached by Livesport to help to realize its goal. From initial health check of the company’s capabilities through creation and recommendation of new business model, the cooperation has resulted in a year-long project of launching the new service – the Flashscore News running on a brand new multimedia platform combining the data with sport news and multimedia content such as pictures, video and other.

Our collaboration started in February 2022 with an initial health check of current capabilities of Livesport TV – a company under Livesport umbrella that aspired to become a new online television focused on sport. After a 2-week deepdive analysis of the company, a complex evaluation was created and 3 options for future direction were identified. Cooperation with Addvery continued with the new objective – creating and evaluation of a new business model for a selected scenario. Ultimately, the successful cooperation resulted in a year-long project of launching the brand new service for Livesport – the Livesport news – with Addvery as the integration partner.
